Facilities
IDC Global Networks has completed the build out of two state-of-the-art Internet Data Centers. These advanced, highly secure facilities house IDC Global Networks’ network operation center (NOC) and colocation and hosting centers, as well as its Internet Exchange Facility and “meet me” rooms for telecommunications carrier interconnectivity.

Quality of Service (QoS)
IDC Global Networks’ Private Network was designed to allow customer’s data traffic to be partitioned within a single physical circuit into differing levels of priority to support an organization's voice, data, and application requirements. This QoS is able to give voice or video data a higher prior over less time sensitive traffic such as e-mail and is customized to meet user requirements.

Secure Internet Access
Utilizing advanced Firewall technology (EAL4+ Certified) IDC Global Networks provides secure centralized Internet access to individual locations or across a customer’s entire Private Network to support internal/external communication as well as thin-client applications.

• Port speeds up to 1 Gbps through multiple, diverse, redundant, low latency, high bandwidth connections
• Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing providing multiple points of access for maximum redundancy, reliability and performance
• Automatic traffic monitoring and management to keep remote site traffic from congesting a corporate host connection
• Non-routable dynamic port, network address translation (NAT), and (optional) virus protection creates a defensive barrier from hackers, worms and viruses
• Centralized control of access authorization
